#XenophobicAttacks: Bibi Bright ports number from MTN to Glo in solidarity with Nigeria: encourages others to do same

Over the last two days, the world has witnessed one of the most horrific Xenophobic attacks on Africans, especially Nigerians in South Africa by South Africans.

A lot of celebrities have condemned the attacks and some have actually taken bold steps to boycott anything South African to stand in solidarity with their brothers and sisters from Nigeria.

One of such celebrities from Ghana is actress is Bibi Bright. The actress expressed her solidarity by changing her MTN number to a Glo number.

MTN Telecommunications is a South African company and Glo is owned by Nigerians.

The actress also encouraged her fellow Ghanaian celebrities to do same and show their support for their Nigerian brothers.

Just left the Glo office! Ported my number from MTN (South African) company to Glo (my brother Nigerian ) company.! Today it’s Nigerians, tomorrow is may be Ghanaians in SA been killed! The pain these videos caused me as a Ghanaian, i can imagine what our brothers and sisters in Nigeria are going through! No one deserves to die this way. This is too much!
